Hello Hillside Families!

November is here, and we have a busy month ahead filled with opportunities to celebrate gratitude, connect with families, and enjoy time together! As we head into the holiday season, we want to share some important dates and reminders to help you plan ahead.

… Important November Dates

• Tuesday, November 10 - Veterans Day Assembly at 2:25 PM: Join us as we honor and recognize the brave men and women who have served our country.
• Wednesday, November 11 - Veterans Day: No School
• Wednesday, November 18 - Friday, November 20 - Parent-Teacher Conferences: Half Days! Students will be dismissed at 12:00 PM (noon) each day.
• Wednesday, November 18 - Friday, November 20 - Book Fair! Our Book Fair is back! See below for how you can help make this event possible.
• Tuesday, November 24 - Spirit Day! … Wear your favorite sports gear or team colors as we celebrate Sports Day! We will also have our Student of the Month celebration at 8:30 AM, recognizing students who demonstrate gratitude!
• Wednesday, November 25 - Early Dismissal: Students will be dismissed at 12:00 PM (noon) as we begin Thanksgiving Break.
• Thursday, November 26 - Friday, November 27 - Thanksgiving Break: No School!

A Season of Gratitude

November is a wonderful time to reflect on all the things we are thankful for. At Hillside, we are especially grateful for our amazing students, dedicated staff, and supportive families who make our Husky community so special!
